MONSTER +4 PIECE TOOL 

Here we have one of our first tools. Really an excellent entry level tool;

under the lip of those areas that are hard to get to.

This has got to be one of our best products we’ve ever manufactured.

For those of you that are into hand held hollowing, this definitely is the tool you need.

Weather using the angle tool, scraper bar or swan neck, all the modular attachments

are easily interchangeable and simple to use. Tool comes with a 14 inch basic handle

with a comfortable cushioned grip, 16 inch extension, 4 ½ inch angle tool holder

with ¼ inch sharpened square tool bit, swivel tool and mounting stem with 3/16 inch

sharpened square tool bit, ¼ inch thick tear drop scraper with mounting stem,

The Tear Drop Scraper fits great on the custom machined stem then mount it in

the 45 degree holder to get in inside smooth.

The Swivel Tool shown here,fits all three of the stems for the just right set up.

Tool bit is left long so you can cut it off, then you'll have two.

The Swan Neck is shown with the Tear Drop Scraper mounted;

all scrapers and the Swivel Tool fits it also.

Shown mounted is the Adjustable Side Torque Stabilizer. This can be mounted on all the cutters.

We have been working on this tool for some time now and we have

finally finished with the tooling and fixtures to manufacture them. We are

now offering what we feel is one of the best Arm Brace Hollowing Systems

offered today. The unit comes with the "Z" handle, Boring Bar Holder,

 Straight and 45 Degree Tool Holders, Swan Neck with Swivel Tool and

Tool Bit, Arm Cup,  Oval Scraper with Stem, Heavy Duty Adjustable Side

Torque Handle, Custom Machined Handle and a Sharpening Block.

INDEXER WITH HANDLE

After about 6 months of various people testing the handle, we have

decided to offer this tool to the public. What your seeing is a 5/8"

heavy duty boring bar with a 3/16 High Speed Square Tool Bit in one

end and a 1/4" High Speed Square Tool Bit in the other end.

The handle is manufactured from a cold formed tubular steel, ASTM A513

with custom machined ends. Comes with a comfortable cushioned foam

covering, approximately 1/4" thick and 14" long. One end will be

machined for the 5/8" boring bar and the other end will have a 1/2"

or 3/8" hole machined for what ever the customer wishes to use the

handle for; a lot of different bowl gouges will fit in either end, so

this handle will make a tool that covers many tasks. Comes with machined

plugs for both ends, so it can be easily be filled with lead shot for that

custom weighted feel.

Tool is completely adjustable if you want a shorter tool and a longer handle.

Or if you want a long too with a long comfortable handle.

Some people have said, that these don't transfer the cold as much as

their other handles do.
